Information we collect

We may collect basic analytics data such as page views, referring pages, browser type, device category, country-level location, reading depth, internal guide clicks, calculator interactions, and outbound vendor or affiliate link clicks. Calculator events contain numeric planning values such as monthly cost, draft count, and usable-rate assumptions; they are not intended to contain names, email addresses, payment details, or uploaded creative.

The current site code writes conversion events to a browser data layer so an analytics provider can be connected for the small-scale test. Cloudflare Web Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Plausible may be used after deployment. The active provider and its retention controls should be verified in the deployed site's network and consent configuration.

Affiliate links

When you click an affiliate link, the destination vendor or affiliate network may use cookies or tracking parameters to attribute the referral. Their privacy policies apply after you leave this site.

Arcads commercial links currently contain the parameter via=chg. Creatify and HeyGen links are treated as ordinary vendor outbound links unless the affiliate disclosure is updated.

Cookies and third-party requests

This static site does not require an account. Analytics or affiliate services may set cookies or use similar browser storage when configured. Some pages load video thumbnails from YouTube's image servers; requesting those images can disclose normal connection information, such as IP address and browser headers, to the external provider.

Email and evidence submissions

If you contact the editorial desk, the message and any attachments are processed by the email providers involved. Do not send passwords, API keys, complete billing records, identity documents, private customer information, or other sensitive credentials. Submitted screenshots should be redacted before sending.

Data use and retention

Analytics information is used to understand content performance, navigation, calculator engagement, and outbound click paths. We do not sell personal information. Retention periods depend on the analytics and email services configured for the deployed site and should be kept no longer than needed for editorial analysis, security, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can block analytics or third-party requests through browser privacy controls, content blockers, or cookie settings. You can also visit a vendor directly instead of using an affiliate link. These choices may reduce attribution or measurement but do not prevent access to the published guides.
